Get up and running with VeeCee in just a few steps. This guide walks you through the process from signup to sharing your first business card.
Quick start overview
- Sign up — Create your account with a magic link (no password needed)
- Connect your CRM — Link HubSpot or import team members via CSV
- Activate cards — Enable cards for team members to generate unique shareable URLs
- Share — Distribute cards via links, QR codes, email signatures, or wallet passes
What you'll need
- A work email address
- Access to your CRM (HubSpot account or a CSV export of your team members)
- A few minutes to configure field mappings and template branding
Once your CRM is connected, VeeCee keeps team member data in sync automatically. Any updates in your CRM flow through to the business cards your team shares.
