Getting Started

VeeCee pulls employee/team member data from your CRM so business cards always reflect the latest information. It syncs your organization's users (the people who work at your company), not your CRM contacts or customers. You can connect multiple sources and configure how fields map to card fields.

HubSpot

  1. Navigate to Connections in the dashboard
  2. Click Connect HubSpot
  3. You'll be redirected to HubSpot to authorize access
  4. Grant the requested permissions — VeeCee requests access to HubSpot Users (your team members), not Contacts
  5. Your HubSpot users begin syncing automatically

CSV Import

If your team members aren't in a supported CRM, you can upload a CSV file:

  1. Navigate to Connections in the dashboard
  2. Click Import CSV
  3. Upload your CSV file
  4. Map each CSV column to the corresponding card field

Field mappings

During connection setup, you configure field mappings to tell VeeCee which CRM user fields correspond to which card fields. Available fields include:

  • first_name, last_name — Name
  • email — Email address
  • phone_work, phone_cell — Phone numbers
  • title, company, department — Job information
  • address_street, address_city, address_state, address_zip, address_country — Mailing address
  • website — Company or personal website
  • linkedin_url, twitter_url — Social profiles
  • photo_url — Profile photo URL
  • meeting_url — Calendar booking link
  • note — Additional notes

After connecting

Once a connection is active, team members sync on the schedule you configure. See Syncing for details on sync schedules and deduplication settings.
