Contacts
Contacts in VeeCee represent your employees and team members — the people at your company who need business cards. They are synced from CRM user records (not CRM contacts/customers) and each one can be assigned a shareable digital business card.
How contacts work
- Team members are imported automatically from connected CRMs (HubSpot Users, CSV, etc.)
- Each record holds canonical fields like name, email, phone, title, company, and more
- Team members start in a Discovered state — synced but not yet sharing a card
- When you activate a team member, they get a unique card URL to share
Managing contacts
From the dashboard, you can:
- View all synced contacts and their card status
- Activate or deactivate individual cards
- See which connection each contact was imported from
- Search and filter contacts by name, email, or status
