Contacts

Contacts in VeeCee represent your employees and team members — the people at your company who need business cards. They are synced from CRM user records (not CRM contacts/customers) and each one can be assigned a shareable digital business card.

How contacts work

  • Team members are imported automatically from connected CRMs (HubSpot Users, CSV, etc.)
  • Each record holds canonical fields like name, email, phone, title, company, and more
  • Team members start in a Discovered state — synced but not yet sharing a card
  • When you activate a team member, they get a unique card URL to share

Managing contacts

From the dashboard, you can:

  • View all synced contacts and their card status
  • Activate or deactivate individual cards
  • See which connection each contact was imported from
  • Search and filter contacts by name, email, or status
