VeeCee keeps your team members in sync with your CRM. You control how often syncs run, which fields are mapped, and how duplicates are handled.

Sync schedules

Each connection can be configured with a sync schedule:

  • Manual — Sync only when you trigger it from the dashboard
  • Hourly — Sync every hour
  • Every 6 hours — Sync four times per day
  • Daily — Sync once per day

Choose a schedule based on how frequently your CRM data changes. You can always trigger a manual sync regardless of the schedule.

Field mappings

Field mappings control which CRM user fields map to which VeeCee card fields. Configure these when setting up a connection and adjust them at any time. See Connect Your CRM for the full list of available fields.

Deduplication

When syncing team members from multiple connections, duplicates can occur. VeeCee lets you choose a unique property to deduplicate:

  • email — Match by email address
  • external_id — Match by the CRM's internal ID
  • phone_work — Match by work phone number
  • phone_cell — Match by cell phone number

Team members that match on the chosen property are merged rather than duplicated.

Connection statuses

Each connection has a status indicating its health:

  • Active — Connected and syncing normally
  • Paused — Syncing is temporarily paused
  • Error — A sync error occurred (check the connection details for more information)
  • Disconnected — The CRM integration has been disconnected

The last synced timestamp is shown for each connection so you can verify that syncs are running as expected.
