VeeCee has two roles for dashboard access: Admin and Member. Roles control what a team member can see and do in the dashboard.

Admin

Admins have full access to all dashboard features:

  • Manage connections (connect CRMs, configure field mappings, sync schedules)
  • Edit templates (branding, field layout, QR styling)
  • Manage contacts (activate/deactivate cards, view details)
  • View analytics (views, downloads, QR scans)
  • Manage billing (change plans, access Stripe portal)
  • Manage team members (invite new members, change roles)

The first user who signs up for an organization automatically becomes the admin.

Member

Members have read-only access to key areas:

  • View contacts and their card status
  • View cards and card URLs
  • View analytics

Members cannot:

  • Modify connections or field mappings
  • Edit templates or branding
  • Change billing or subscription settings
  • Invite or manage other team members

Authentication

Both admins and members log in using magic links — no passwords are required. Each team member enters their email, receives a link, and clicks it to access the dashboard. Sessions last 7 days.

Tip: Keep the number of admins small. Most team members only need Member access to view contacts and share cards.
