When rolling out VeeCee to a large team, bulk distribution tools help you share cards with everyone at once.

CSV export

Download a CSV file containing all active contacts and their card URLs:

1. Navigate to Contacts in the dashboard
2. Click Export CSV
3. The downloaded file includes each contact's name, email, and card URL

Use the exported CSV to:

• Share card URLs with team members via a spreadsheet
• Import card URLs into other tools or systems
• Keep a record of all active cards and their assignments

Bulk email

Send card links to all team members in a single action:

1. Navigate to Contacts in the dashboard
2. Click Send Card Links
3. Each active contact receives an email with their personal card URL

This is useful for:

• Initial rollout — Notify everyone that their card is ready
• Onboarding — Send new team members their card link as part of the onboarding process

Tip: Run bulk email after activating cards for a group of new team members to ensure everyone receives their card link immediately.
