Field layout settings let you control what information is shown on card landing pages and included in VCF file downloads.

Landing page settings

Configure what appears when someone visits a card landing page:

• Show photo — Display the contact's profile photo
• Show company logo — Display the company logo from your branding settings
• Show social links — Display LinkedIn, Twitter, and website links
• Show QR code — Display a QR code on the landing page itself (useful for screen-to-screen sharing)
• Custom CSS — Add custom CSS rules for advanced landing page styling

VCF download settings

Configure what's included in the downloadable VCF file:

• Include photo — Embed the contact's profile photo in the VCF file (Base64-encoded JPEG, resized to 200x200 pixels)
• Include note — Include the note field in the VCF
• Note template — Customizable text appended to the vCard's note field (useful for taglines, legal disclaimers, or "Saved from VeeCee" attribution)

Note: Photos embedded in VCF files are automatically processed — fetched from the URL, resized to 200x200 pixels, compressed to JPEG format, and kept under 100KB for broad device compatibility.

Best practices

• Enable Show social links if your team actively uses LinkedIn for networking
• Use the note template to include a link back to the card landing page or a short company tagline
• Keep Custom CSS simple to avoid display issues across different browsers
