Templates control how your team's contact cards look and what data they include. Each tenant has one active template that applies to all cards across the organization.

What templates control

• Branding — Logo, colors, and fonts
• Field Layout — Which fields appear on landing pages and in VCF downloads
• QR Styling — QR code pixel style, colors, and embedded logos

How templates work

When someone visits a card landing page or downloads a VCF file, VeeCee applies the active template to determine:

• Which contact fields are displayed
• How the page is styled (colors, fonts, logo)
• What the QR code looks like
• Whether a photo is included in the VCF download

Changes to the template take effect immediately — there's no need to regenerate individual cards.
